Develop a design team
While your district's design team might look different than others, we highly recommend your team includes the following roles:
- Instructional Coach
- Elementary Teacher
- Middle School Teacher
- High School Teacher
- Curriculum Leader
- Special Education Teacher
Participate in regular check-ins for ongoing support
As part of the cohort, your team will participate in regular check-ins with a regional Personalized Learning Specialist and a KnowledgeWorks coach for personalized support and coaching.
Collaborate and learn alongside other districts
For the five-year cohort commitment, your design team will participate in three in-person meetings per year (15 total over five years). Meeting location will most likely be in central Ohio.
